Fully equipped 130 sqm house. w/furniture, fine decoration. Magnificent view to Portezuelo Bay. Owners spend long stays there. Well maintained gardens and terrace overlooking the sea. A/C in main bedroom, heating (firewood, electrical) in winter. Help maid can be hired.

Punta Ballena, 15 km from Punta del Este, overlooking the Portezuelo Bay is a splendid point of the Uruguay coastline

Next (300 m) to the main Interbalnearia Road, joining Montevideo. Public bus available, but own car or mountain byke advisable.

“A pleasent vacation in Punta Ballena”

I had again a wonderful time in the house with an ample view. I am a returning custumer and love sitting in the morning on the terrace and enjoy the view. The contact with Martha is always pleasent.

“A beautifull place with a wonderfull view”

It is a very nice house with a wonderfull view on Portezuelo beach. It was my second stay and enjoyed the view every morning on the terrace. The owner and her husband are helpfull and react fast.
