This apartment is part of a 19th century building, characterized by the typical Porto architecture, which was carefully restored and redecorated in 2016.
Located in a privileged area of Porto, known as Bombarda Art District, a calm pedestrian area right in the centre of the city.
A calm 15 minute walk can take you to several landmarks of the city such as "Casa da Música", the City Hall, the Clérigos Tower and the Ribeira.
At the same distance, after hours, the city gains a whole new life, known as "movida", with several bars and clubs.
This is a complete, one bedroom apartment, ideal for a couple. It has two independent access points, one to the inner garden and other to the street. The living room and the kitchen are contiguous, separated by a doorway. The bedroom has an additional toilet room.

“Lovely renovated apartment in arts district.”
Great location for buses to all areas of Porto. Maria is amazing and so helpful. Even a backyard for enjoying a glass of wine after a day of touring.
