An enchanting alternative to resorts/bigger villas. Wake up to lovely sun rise, ocean front views,tropical sounds the gentle surfs of the beach
This Beachfront Cottage is situated in Cap Estate, In Gross Islet, The Capital of High end Living on the island.
The Space
The Beachfront Cottage is 1500sq ft with full kitchen, living/dinning room. It is can accommodate up to 5 persons. Enjoy your private Jacuzzi on Patio with ocean front views.
Housekeeping/Food catering Services are available every other day. My staff, Sam and Chris would be happy to prepare you meals Island Style, a small fee is required.

Car rental is Optional, We can arrange airport transfer. We offer Chauffeur on demand services or you can use limited local transportation

Our Mission is to enable our Visitors to experience Island Living by promoting local experiences.
Parties of two persons who need to utilize two separate rooms will need to pay US $40/ night in addition to the base rate.
