Description
This is a charming and cosy newly and fully refurbished 2 floored old fisherman house (casa mata). All amenities are included, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwaves, induction cook, spacious fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine with everything you need to prepare a nice dinner and breakfast - hand blender, orange juicer ect), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in both floors, washing machine, Smart TV and lcd tv, etc. The house has two floors and two bathrooms, the ground floor includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom; 1st floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This house is perfect for two adults or a couple and 1 child
Its perfect location will allow you to enjoy 1. the convenience of being literally a few minutes walk from the beach, touristic places, shops (just a minute away from bakeries, butchers, fishmongers etc.), restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife and public transport (including direct train from/to the airport ~12 mins journey and from/to Malaga) and 2. the peacefulness and noise-free environment when sleeping. But not only that, its fantastic location will give you a taste of Torremolinos’ real life with locals/neighbours. It may be better to take new pictures from the street, as I checked yesterday in Google Street and it still has the old ones.
There is also a public parking space in front of the house. In other words, we assure you that you will love this experience at our place :)

We are usually flexible for check in/out times, as long as these do not clash or overlap with same day check in/out of guests. Should you have any question, feel free to ask.

“Fabulous authentic little house”
We stayed for 11 nights (5th - 16th may 2019) at this super little house. Forget the high rise holiday hotels and mingle with the locals in this comfortable pleasantly decorated accomodation.lovely kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one en suite) very handy! The bedroom is fantastic with an extremely comfortable bed - slept so well for busy days ahead. Close to everything you need -train station, town centre, supermarkets, shops and bakeries with a fantastic selection of bread, pastries and cakes (delicious!) We received a warm welcome and some handy tips/advice - thank you.The weather was great which meant we did lots of walking and time spent at the beach. Visits to malaga, benalmadena and batterie park to name a few. So many restaurants difficult to choose where to go - we had some delicious meals -little italy and an italian restaurant on the steps to the beach (forgot the name) are definately worth a mention.We love the costa del sol - so many fabulous places to visit, however this was our first time staying in torremolinos. We wern't disappointed!i'm sure we'll be back (sooner rather than later) i would highly recommend this little house to friends and family.

“Traditional bijou casita with state of the art interior.f”
Firstly...the area is a favourite of mine. Only a few steps from Torremolinos centre but benefitting from living in the local area. Rental has everything you would need during your stay. Hairdryer (even straighteners!) It has a corner position in the street affording outside seating in the sunshine...passing neighbour's nodding good morning. Nice. Round the corner to the right is a great affordable modern hair salon (from €6 euros) and....accross the street from there is El Lanzaron restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating...good inexpensive place serving menu of the day @ €8. To be recommended. further down and accross the busier street into one of the passageways opposite is Picasso square. Pedestrianised ...many decent bars and relaxing place to sit with a drink. Only issues with the rental are the spiral staircase but this is an age thing. Ok if you are supple. The couple of notices in kitchen area with house rules etc could e dispensed with. A tad off putting. Cheers Mary
