Description

The villa is very attractively and comfortably furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a relaxing holiday to recharge your batteries. There is a selection of books, DVDs and CDs to help you to enjoy your break.

The garden around our private pool has an olive tree, lemon tree and oleander. The garden and our conservatory overlook the landscaped open ground with excellent views of the surrounding mountains.

Quiet and peaceful for a romantic or relaxing holiday yet close to the bars, restaurants and beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolneuvo.

The social club is a short walk away where you can find the bar/restaurant, communal tropical style swimming pool (open summer only, small charge), a boules pitch and tennis courts.

To the N and E are the fascinating and cosmopolitan cities of Cartagena and Murcia while to the S are Águilas, Vera, Mojacar and the Costa de Almería.

The natural beauty of the Sierra Espuña with excellent walking and wildlife is only half an hour away to the N by car.

As well as hot/cold air conditioning there is an oil filled radiator for winter evenings. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the conservatory.

A supply of tea lights is provided for those romantic or quiet evenings watching the spectacular sunsets from the conservatory.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
