Nestled in the hills of Chancery Hall Estate in the Parish of St. Andrew is this beautifully furnished Apartment. This 3 bedroom - three bathroom Apartment boasts all modern amenities including living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave, a powder room with laundry facilities including washing machine, a step up den from the master bed room and a large roof balcony.

Because of the cool hills there is no need for air conditioning unit in any of the rooms especially in the master bedroom which has a vaulted ceiling. The other bedrooms are equipped with fans for your convenience. All bedrooms include its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

On the cool mornings and evenings water heater is available. Internet and Wi-Fi are also available for your comfort.

With a beautiful view of the mountains, the city, the plains of St. Catherine and the Caribbean Sea, this apartment is ideally suited for the business persons who wish to be near the business district but just outside the congestion of the city or for the individual or family who wants rest and relaxation.

The apartment is located in an upper income residential area of St. Andrew with proximity to the urban centers.
