The apartment is located on the Penthouse floor(27th floor) of the building. The building itself has the following features: Close Circuit TV ,Automatic Generator Set, Automatic Sprinkler System ,Internet Connection,Video Intercom,5 High-Speed elevators,Swimming pool,Multi-level basement parking,24Hrs doorman.

The apartment is pretty spacious and you wont feel claustrophobic. The height from floor to ceiling is 16 feet.The apartment has an appealing mix of wood, glass, chrome and stainless steel in its interiors, creating a fascinating modern look with wall to floor glass windows for a panoramic view of the city.

The beds in each rooms are of King and Queen size and we chose only the high quality brand mattress that lets you sleep tightly like you are sleeping at the comforts of your own home . The masters bedroom has a jacuzzi and a great city view. Perfect to relax your whole body with bubble bath after a long walk around the city.

We are so proud that we have furnished the kitchen with more than your basic essentials and Kitchen utensils and even a Chrome double door fridge. coffee maker, Rice cooker and microwave. If you are a family that loves to eat home cooked food. This apartment is perfect for you. You can bake chicken or turkey in our chrome oven or even bake your specialty cake.

The Balcony is perfect spot to relax. It has a great view of the city with a mountain backdrop. At night, its the best spot to relax with a bottle of beer or a glass of wine and cheese.

The glass top kitchen table can seat up to 6 persons if you will be entertaining some guests for night, there is also a bar area with bar stools.

The living area is very spacious and great spot to watch a family Cable tv or a 3D movies on a big screen( 52inches).

Getting around

The unit comes with a parking space within the building located in level 5. If you have a car, Its perfect! However, this is subject to prior arrangement. Let us know ahead of time if you will be having a car. Taxis are abundant and plowing 24 hours. You can just request the receptionist for a taxi by just calling from the intercom inside the unit and the taxi will be waiting for you downstairs. The apartment is also centrally located in midtown Cebu. It is 5minute walk to major establishments, to Fuente Park, Robinsons mall, to Mango square where you have variety of choices of bars and restaurants and other entertainment facility. Its a best area to meet other tourists.

Dear Important guests, Upon reaching the building, you will be greeted with a warm welcome from our building doorman, a gracious smile from our receptionist. My friendly staff will be there to meet you at the lobby to help you bring your bags up as well as to hand you over the keys to the apartment.
