Description
In the early 1990's my parents began taking the family to Ensenada, Mexico and Baja Beach. Shortly after they decided they wanted to build a vacation home on the beach with one thing in mind, a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean. With simple goal in mind, this house was built.
Our pristine, (approx) 2000 square foot house is located on the beach just south of the cruise seaport of Ensenada.
Our house has three bedrooms and two baths, which sleeps 8 comfortably and sits upon one of the most beautiful, undisturbed, sandy beaches in all the world. Our house has all linens, a full kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. Need to wash the dirty beach towels after a full day on the beach, head to the basement where you will find a full size washer and dryer. The family room has a 47' LCD TV with YouTube TV access from the United States along with a BlueRay/DVD player and a stereo. The master bedroom has a 32" LCD TV with Netflix and a BlueRay/DVD player.
The house is located minutes away from the famed 'La Bufadora' famous for snorkeling, diving, shopping, and one of the largest 'Blow Holes' in North America.' This is four-season paradise for outdoor lovers, winter snowbirds and warm weather vacationers alike.
Down-town Ensenada is just a short distance from the house (approx 45 minutes) where you will find five-star restaurants, duty-free shopping, night clubs, surfing, and sports fishing and people watching. It's a world of Mariachis, and salsa, exotic foods, culture, and it's practically in San Diego's backyard. So near, so easy, and yet so foreign. Ensenada is frequently visited by cruise ships from Princess, Carnival, and Royal Caribbean; so, can be found almost daily walking shops of Ensenada.
Our home has some of the most majestic, panoramic views the Pacific Ocean; that includes some of the most breath-taking sunsets, anywhere in the world from almost anywhere in the house. Whether it's taking a long walk on the beach, playing in the surf, sunbathing or simply taking in one of the beautiful sunsets; you are guaranteed to find this house relaxing.
If you're looking for a party house on the beach this is "NOT" it. This house is a family vacation rental, and any large or excessive loud parties will result in possible immediate eviction, lost deposit and issues with the local authorities.
Check-in is at 4pm
Check-out 10am
Failure to check-out by 10am will result in an additional $200 charge as the maid needs time to clean the house prior to the next guests.

Response from the owner Thank you for the review. Yes the house next door has become a problem with loud renters. The HOA security has been very responsive about making sure the quiet hours from 10pm until 8am are enforced. We will continue to work with the HOA as we want everyone to enjoy their stay.
