This delightful villa is situated on one of the newer communities in La Manga Club, in the tranquil setting of the gated community of El Coto del Golf. This modern, four bedroom semi-detached family villa is designed to the highest quality, incorporating terraces from which to enjoy the peace and beauty of the surrounds and a delightful private pool and garden in which to relax and unwind. This villa also benefits from a fantastic games room in the basement.
The villa includes:
Ground floor
Kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer,breakfast bar.
Lounge: flat screen TV, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, dining area, open fire, patio doors, terrace.
Bedroom 3: this bedroom can be set up as a superking size double or as twin beds, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with toilet, wash basin, bidet and shower.
Cloakroom: toilet, wash basin.
First floor
Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning, patio doors, terrace, ensuite bathroom with bath (plus over bath shower), twin wash basins, toilet, bidet.
Bedroom 2: this bedroom can be set up as a superking size double or as twin beds, air conditioning, juliette balcony, ensuite bathroom with toilet, twin wash basins, bidet and shower.
Basement
Bedroom 4: twin beds. Please note that this bedroom does not have an en suite bathroom and occupants would need to use the ground floor cloakroom or bedroom 3 ensuite.
Games room: huge games room with Play station 3, table tennis, darts, table football, air hockey, pool table, cross trainer and multi gym.
Outside:
Garage: space for one car, fridge freezer, tumble drier.
Pool: L shape private pool with cover. Depth 0.9m - 1.5m. Dimensions 4m x 3m L shape. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £75 per week.
