Private 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apt, unbeatable location two minutes’ walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, supermarket, bars, 24 hour medical facility, taxi stand, public transport, shopping centers & the Bellairs Research Institute; Tastefully furnished, spacious and updated with gorgeous view of the garden; has security lighting, private gated driveway (secure parking), fully fenced and within quiet residential neighborhood on the pristine West Coast of the island. This apt is competitively priced, well maintained and kept meticulously clean.

It is fully self contained and is one of three units, within a property which is outfitted with Granite countertops, AC unit in the bedroom, Insect screens and security bars on ALL windows, ceramic tiles throughout and built in closets and cupboards. It has a spacious ensuite bathroom, in-room safe, queen size bed in the bedroom, ceiling fan and stand-up fans, as well as covered patio which offers lots of privacy for alfresco dining and relaxation. The patio has insect screens (MOSQUITO MESH), security bars and lockable patio gate. A queen-size pull-out sofa bed is in the living room which can sleep additional 2 persons. There is a separate communal laundry room which guests can use at no additional charge. Great work spaces available, to accommodate guests working remotely.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

We provide bath and hand towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels (changed weekly). We kindly ask that you bring your beach towels, sun block, and beach bags, as the island is usually sunny, with warm temperatures on most days. There is free use of the pool and facilities at the Beach House Club. Please bring with you a large towel or sun lounger cover for use on the sun loungers as you may not be allowed to use the sun loungers without this. For your added convenience, we provide a basic supply of toilet tissue, hand soap, dish/dishwashing detergents, and cleaning supplies. You are responsible for a full supply during your stay. Rate quoted for 2 persons - Charge of USD $15 per additional person up to maximum of 2 (queen-size sofa bed in living room available for additional sleeping space). Rate includes Air Condition, utilities and laundry facilities (washing machine and drying lines). The property is divided into 3 apartments: 2 x one-bedroom apts and 1 x two-bedroom apt. The Security Deposit will NOT be charged to your account during the booking process. It can only be claimed to a maximum of USD $300, if there is damage done to the apartment during your stay. Proof of damage has to be provided my me, to substantiate the claim via the platform. It is worthy to note that no claims have been made to date by me, towards any of my past guests. Each apartment is rented as one unit but multiple units may be rented at the same time, or the entire property can be rented for groups wishing to stay on one property.

Getting around

It is not necessary to rent a vehicle to get around the Sunset Crest area, as the amenities are within walking distance. The public and private 'reggae buses' pass along the main road surrounding the area and the fare is only BDS $2. However, If you wish to rent a vehicle to explore the island, I would be more than happy to refer you to a rental company which offers competitive rates. It is worthy to note that Barbadians are generally very friendly, accustomed to visitors and are helpful in providing directions and useful suggestions. Should you require a taxi, there is a Taxi Stand five minutes from the property. I can also refer you to a taxi service which we frequently use for our guests transportation needs.

We are on call 24 hours a day via email and telephone and here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be. It is our pleasure to have you and we encourage you to contact us with any queries or concerns before and during your stay. Feel free to send us any special requests (birthday/anniversary celebrations, other memorable occasions etc.), for bookings which we can make in advance of your arrival (vehicle rental, tours etc.). If there is anything you need during your stay which you can not locate in the apartment, we will try our best to source it for you.

House rules

Not suitable for children under 6 years old. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only (odor tends to be absorbed into the furniture and is difficult to remove). Check-out is 11:00 AM but we are flexible depending on booking schedules and apartment availability. Please advise should you require a late check-out and we will try to accommodate you where possible (no additional cost). Luggage drop-off and hold offered, for early check-ins and late check-outs, depending on apartment availability.

How do damage deposits work?
