We have two villas, villa Punda milia and mapenzi,
The villa is an ideal location for anyone seeking a relaxing sunshine beach holiday. It is especially good value for families or groups of friends out for a good time in the laid back and relaxing coastal idyll.The staff are keen on making sure that the villa is a home away from your home. maintaining a homely feel to ensure that you and your family feel at peace. It is tastefully furnished with a good mix of African modern look. The villa also has one day staff in the compound, who is trained to allow you comfort and privacy therefore enjoying your stay. A gardener/ pool attendant is available to ensure that the pool is ready for you:)Recently renovated to an open roof top, ideal for a tranquil time or have a drink on the bar upstairs, it's fully new with most things changed to accommodate families. Downstairs are two separate en-suite bedrooms with white linen bedsheets, a very modern bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom ensuite too;)The dining area is on a spacious terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool. Upstairs is a very big open space with a living area and lounge seats, An outside balcony is also found upstairs, ideal to relax and watch the sunset. There's also a love swing chair to lazy away while relaxing. The villa is surrounded by a lawned garden (1000 sqm) with trees and flowers where harmless monkeys often pay a visit.The dining area, consisting of six chairs, overlooks the private pool and the beautifully lawned garden with mature shade. You can enjoy a drink on the upstairs balcony or next to the pool. Should you wish to seat on a swing chair and sip a refreshing drink- feel at home!Please note the chef services are not inclusive and it is Kshs1,000 per day for meal preparation (3 meals). This can be booked for you upon request.While we work away, feel free to make this your home, our motive is to make this your return home! We are glad to hear from you and answer your questions.

Am happy to know you liked the villa, a few things you have mentioned is the furniture in the terrace- we have just ordered some nice outdoor and the delivery is soon as for the rooftop, we only provide bar stools and not more. My staff mentioned that you enjoyed the pool and sometimes he needed to pool chemicals to settle or clean but always someone in pool. We request that when pool is under cleaning, no access. However our pools are always in high standards and we maintain a constant blue. We will work on making improvements on the areas mentioned. Thank you. Agnes
