A very elegant, convenient apartment located at the gate of the Historical Center of Bologna with Piazza Maggiore no more than 8 minutes walk, part of a recent, prestigious, high quality residential complex gifted with top comfort and very well served by shops, stores and public transportation, Hillside is one of the highest demand rentals in Bologna.

Its location - Via D'Azeglio-San Mamolo - makes it the ideal headquarters for those willing to live in the center without getting trapped in its chaotic traffic. A foot-of-the-hill, deep-in-the-green apartment, Hillside is just a few steps from Ospedale Rizzoli. Two large, easy-to-reach parking areas are a stone's throw whereas the surrounding private yards grant guests total quiet and privacy. A wonderful, large, furnished terrace adds an extremely pleasant touch of beauty and comfort to this outstanding rental, a perfect accommodation for families, couples, executives visiting Bologna for business, physicians taking an internship at Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli, etc..

Hillside was thoroughly refurbished in 2013-14. Roomy, light-filled and remarkably welcoming, this first-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in the following layout:

- Open space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and countertop;

- Large, furnished terrace, with a pretty view over the Santissima Annunziata church;

- Quiet, comfortable double bedroom, with a direct access to the terrace;

- A light-and-bright lounge-dining room, with wide desk/table and a very comfortable 2-single sofabed;

- Small room (with one of the abovementioned singles, on request) and hallway;

- Bathroom #1, with a shower;

- Bathroom #2, with toilet, sink, bidet, closet.

Hillside does not allow pets and is strictly non-smoking. Furniture and furnishing are top quality and design, an excellent air conditioning system is provided together with the most state-of-the-art amenities - a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a satellite tv, a free 24/24 wifi internet connection, more - all included in the price and in perfect working order. The whole apartment gets thoroughly checked and sanitized after each stay. Bed and bathroom linen is provided and included in the price. With direct access to the apartment, a private garage is available (extra).
