This cosy 4 bedroom traditional Hebridean house is full of character and has been extensively refurbished. This property is available for Self Catering bookings all year round.

Tigh a Chaolais is in a tranquil location right next to Bosta beach at the North end of the island of Bernera on the West coast of Lewis. This location gives an ideal platform to explore the Outer Hebrides.

Some of the best kayaking, wildlife and walking opportunities lie on your doorstep as well as many other activities for all of the family to explore and enjoy .

Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement only at an extra charge of £2.00 per day (per pet) with a maximum of 2 pets. We do not accept puppies. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms, upstairs in the cottage or on the furniture at any time and must not be left alone in the property. . Owners must clean up any dog waste from the grounds of the house and any extra cleaning in house caused by animals would be chargeable.

“Cosy comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting, away from it all”

Lovely spot about 5-10 mins walk from the stunning Bosta beach. A traditional home with all home comforts, warm, clean and well equipped with all you need to relax, cook and sleep well. Good for cycling around Great Bernera. A real retreat to recharge and enjoy the Lewis solitude and scenery.
