La nostra casa è situata In posizione soleggiata, a 250 metri dal centro paese, dalla fermata dei bus e dal ferry area. Essa è' circondata da un piccolo giardino recintato. L'appartamento è ben equipaggiato per una confortevole vacanza. Oltretutto è dotato di parcheggio privato, TV color satellitare, connessione gratuita ad internet ed uso gratuito della lavanderia. E' anche adatto per persone che viaggiano senza macchina.

Il balcone in legno può essere utilizzato per prendere il sole, per consumare i pasti all'esterno e per rilassarsi godendo di un panorama incantevole.

L'appartamento, completamente ristrutturato, è composto da: ingresso soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale con letti divisibili, bagno con doccia . Dispone di seggiolone e lettino con arredo.

La casa, pur essendo così vicina al centro di Menaggio, gode di una meravigliosa vista. Essa è circondata dal verde del nostro piccolo giardino nonché dei giardini e degli orti dei nostri vicini. Prezioso anche il parcheggio privato.
