Description
This outstanding 3 bedroom villa commands the most spectacular views over the surrounding mountains, countryside and valley towards the Dubrovnik Riviera. Located just over the border in the quieter region of Bosnia and Herzegovina, away from the crowds but an ideal spot to visit all 3 surrounding countries in one stay. Montenergro and the Fjords of Kotor is a great day out!
The luxurious 4mx7m private pool can be fully heated. Sunbathe on the extensive terrace, BBQ and dine alfresco or just relax and take in the view under the shade of the pergola.
Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in nighttime temperatures we do not guarentee to each temperatures suitable to swim. (if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).
NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till April,through experience we find it hard to heat in the winter months.
A spacious, open-plan interior with a fully fitted kitchen and USA style fridge/freezer (with water and ice dispenser) dishwasher and microwave are there to make life easier- More time to holiday! The breakfast/ bar unit is a great place to gather for mornig coffee or cocktails before dinner. Comfortable sofas, TV internet access and air conditioning throughout allows allows for modern living. In a separate area one sofa converts to a bed and has its own WC and shower.
Upstairs we have 3 kingsize bedrooms, all with handcrafted beds and quality linen. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms opens onto the balcony, so you can have a little quiet time before joining family/friends- but all rooms enjoy the view to the Adriatic coast.
Ideally located close to the beaches, 6km from Dubrovnik Old Town and just 14km from the airport.
Suitable for 8 guests.
Please note that Villa Price is part of an ongoing building development area, in the summer only light work is carried without disturbance to guests.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Because of the Corona Virus in the world, we are taking special care of take care of the cleanliness of the property. The property will be immaculately disinfected and cleaned after the departure of each guest.
