The perfect house for us!

We loved this house for so many reasons. It was on a really quiet street that
my girls could ride their bicycles up and down. The bedrooms and 2 full
bathrooms are downstairs which is great for sleeping. We only used the
huge outside shower for bathing which kept the sand out of the house. The
living, dining and kitchen space is upstairs and there was ample room for
our family.

The owners were kind enough to allow our yellow lab, Marty to stay with us
and he made his home under the stairs! That was a huge plus for us. Also,
the home is close to the beach, Edgartown Great Pond and a short ride to
town.

My husband had to work most of the first week of our stay, so the wireless
connection was a plus.

The home is not walking distance to town which is tough with little kids.
One of the only downfalls of the home is that there is not an extra tv in the
master bedroom. It would have been nice to throw the kids in one room
while we watched something else in another.

Summer Vacation 2009

The house we rented was beautiful, could not have picked a better house. It was away from all the traffic but close enough to everything. They also let us bring our dog Bailey who is just like one of our kids so that was nice. The only thing I did not like was how long we had to wait for our security deposit back. Other than that I would recommend this house to everyone. The owners called our first night and asked if we had any problems and to welcome us. I thought that was wonderful. We had an awesome time and had GREAT WEATHER not one day of rain. Cant beat that when your on the Vineyard.
