Two structures on this property rent together to sleep eight in 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the guest cottage. The main house has hardwood flooring on the first floor, carpeting on the second, a hand-crafted stone fireplace, a large living room/games area, and wrap-around columned porch. A large screened porch is equipped for dining al fresco or for relaxing on comfortable wicker under the breeze of a ceiling fan. Separate private cottage is fully carpeted, has its own full bath, queen bed and a loft/reading area. Perfect in every way.
A perfect house and location for 4 couples. The house was immaculate inside and out with all the amenties one would ever need for a week or longer. It is just 3 blocks to the main street of Edgartown and within walking distance to all restaurants and shops.
I know Martha's Vineyard well, and if you want to be in Edgartown, it is perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Amazing home, amazing location!
We rented this house for one week in 2006 and another week in 2007 for our daughter's first 2 birthdays. FANTASTIC!!!! We hope to be back soon when our twins, born in 2008, are a little older. A wonderful home in a perfect location in Edgartown. The home is clean, spacious and uncluttered. The extra guest house is fantastic for another family or guests while you're on the island. The screened in porch was enjoyed by everyone!!! I can't recommend this home highly enough. I look forward to returning there next summer and beyond....This home is just perfect. You can't go wrong renting this one! More...
