The Filbert 7 was clean, bright, and a very pleasant place for our family to spend a few nights and enjoy the winter sun that central Oregon has to offer. Our mother and father-in-law with their 3 remaining children stayed also, and thanks to the 2 master suites and additional 2 bedrooms there was plenty of room for all. House was fantastic - had one set of grandparents, two couples and three little kids and everyone had a blast. Plenty of room for everyone, definitely a bonus that nearly everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen worked well, despite being an electric stovetop (we're used to the efficiency of gas). Beds were comfortable and rooms well laid out. Only complaint would have been the one small plastic table outside - wasn't large enough to accomodate the group for dinner but the indoor table worked great for meals so no problem. Access to Mavericks was crucial for all - grandparents were able to play in the pool, parents were able to take advantage of the fitness equipment. Fun was had by all!

This house is beautiful. We had 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 two-year olds in our party. The house was spacious enough for us to all have our own space, but big enough for us to all eat together or play games in the living room. I like this house for this little ones because the stairs are carpet and there isn't an overlook from the stairs to the downstairs. The great perk about staying at this house is the unlimited access to Mavericks. We went there everyday. It is such a nice, clean facility. The toddler pool area is GREAT!! We come to Sunriver often and always use Mountain Resort Properties. They homes are always clean, they are equipped with everything you need for a great stay. There were 8 of us at on this trip and we all had a great time. Easy access to the pools, stores, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed using Mavericks. We have recommended this property and others to our friends!!!!
