The perfect Folly Beach rental

This house is about as good as it gets. It is ideally situated a block from the beach and only a few blocks from all the restaurants on Center St. The house is fully stocked with everything one could need inside and out. The layout is also great for a single family with multiple kids because it has bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. It would also work great for two families with a kid apiece. I actually liked the owner's personal items and pictures around the house, as it provided a kind of homey feel. We hope to stay here again and again. Dunes properties was also excellent to deal with. Cute Cottage-Close to Beach

My sister, college niece, a friend of hers, and I stayed at the East Ashley Avenue house. We had a great time. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The location was convenient to a grocery store and restaurants.

The house was a block from the beach which was greatly appreciated by the girls. We had ample room as there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms although only two of those had showers. A great help!

We would recommend this house for a fun getaway with friends or family. Bicycles were provided and the girls enjoyed riding them.

It would have been nice to have more than one TV on the property although we did not watch a lot of TV. One in the master bedroom would have been convenient.
