This was our second stay at this delightful home. When we stayed here in March, we immediately booked a week in October. The house is very comfortably furnished and offers fantastic views of the ocean. It is near the beautiful Kitty Hawk Pier and within walking distance of some great restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped and very clean. We love the layout of the house. Two bedrooms and the living room have ocean views...which came in handy during our March visit because when it was too cold to sit on the deck, we still were still able to enjoy the dolphin and pelican show. We rented this home for a "just the girls" vacation. The house is very cozy and we loved the location. Close enough to shops and restaurants, but perfect if you just want to sit on the deck or beach and read. The furnishings were comfortable clean. We would definitely stay there again. More...

The house is a newer open design which we really liked. The kitchen was functional. The up bath toilet needs a little repair. The location was great and we really loved being right on the beach. More...

The property was excellent. The wireless internet did not work initially. The owner came down and installed a new device, which was admirable. He also replaced the grill. I would reccommend this property to anyone who needs to have wireless internet. One recommendation would be to have the wireless password protected and change the password on a weekley basis. I didn't feel comfortable with using a system that was not password protected. Overall the experience was good.
