Atlantic Realty was great. The condo was small but comfortable. Loved being able to hear the ocean all the time. Convenient to the beach but a lot of steps. Would help if could use the lift upon arrival and departure. An owner was there when we left and was kind enough to let us use the lift to bring down things. I enjoyed the fact that the Sands was on the beach and that we could walk out of the condo onto the sand. We seen doplhins and other oceanlife from our balcony. It was really great that the condo had its own washer and dryer.

My husband and I were looking for a place to take a long weekend in celebration of our 1 year anniversary. We were very happy with the great customer service we received from Atlantic Realty, especially the fact that they allowed "mini-vacations" with their rentals. The Sands Unit 5-C is a perfect spot for a beach getaway. It is very clean and comfortable. We loved the views from the covered porch, living room, and master bedroom. The condo was clean, the steps were not as bad as I thought they would be. Everything worked well the kitchen stove and dishwasher are old but in very good condition. The sound of the waves in the front room was very nice as we slept at night.
Check in and check out was a breaze and the staff were very nice and friendly.

I would stay there again.

The condo was very nice and well taken care of. The views of the ocean were GREAT! The only thing I didn't love was trekking up 3 flights of stairs with all our stuff. But, overall a great experience!
