| We had a fantastic time. Chalet was extremely clean. Everything was working properly. High speed internet worked very well and easy to hook up to. Great area that provided more privacy than other chalets I have stayed in. Jackson Mountain Homes was fantastic to deal with and make the entire process easy. I will being using Jackson Mountain Homes anytime I will be visiting the area and will stay in Bearskin Ridge if it is available. |

| Stayed in this cabin a couple of years ago, still wonderful! We loved the back porch looking out at the mountains. It is a quiet location too! It was nice to be close to town and then the kids had a good time in the game room. Jackson Rentals checked with us by phone to make sure everything was satisfactory on the 2nd day. |

| My husband and I took were given the opportunity to take a rare mini-vacation without the kids. Our stay at Bearskin Ridge was EXACTLY what we needed. Staying in a cabin really is a different way of vacationing in the mountains. It rained during most of our stay and the great thing was that we had this awesome place to come back to and were able to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and just listen to the rain and relax. Perfect. Aside from a couple of minor cleaning issues (ashes and cigarette butts on the decks), everything was outstanding. The cabin was clean and spacious. And the video game and pool table offered a fun escape. We were moved to this cabin because the one we rented was undergoing maintenance, but we enjoyed it so much, we will likely request this cabin in the future. |

| The staff at Jackson Mountain Homes was outstanding. So refreshing to have people who sincerely want to help you get the most of your vacation. Bearskin Ridge was everything we expected. Located on the quieter side of Gatlinburg made for a peaceful vacation for us as the parents, yet close to the Community Center so the kids always had something to do. |

| We had a wonderful time. The cabin was just great. It was warm and cozy and we didnt want to leave. The kids loved the game room while we enjoyed just sitting on the deck enjoying the peace and quit and loving the view.The sun rises and sunsets were awsome. |

Beautiful home in a quiet setting. Immaculate and well-maintained at check-in. Enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool table and Ms. Pacman. Plenty of room to spread out, and had a great kitchen. Two bedrooms on separate floors for privacy. The rental agency was very helpful when making reservation and picking up keys.
Close to Gatlinburg's "main drag", but far enough away to avoid traffic and crowd. Loved the Arts and Crafts loop area. Would love to stay here again!! |

| had a great time it was a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the game room had a lot of fun there and really enjoyed my evenings in the hot tub.The only thing i did not like was i didnt get to stay longer. |

Absolutely the best home so far! I think our
little family of five will stay here again.
Our one year old granddaughter had the time of
her life with the stairs, the toys, the
business cards, the deck and on and on. We
felt so comfortable--just like home--only
better. The thunderstorm and lightning were
spectacular on Saturday. We grilled, watched
Gabrielle splash in her pool, played pool,
played vintage video games and laughed until
we couldn't laugh anymore. Every amenity was
available; I especially appreciated the basket
with coffee necessities. Thank you for a
wonderful May getaway. We'll be back in
October for the next car show. |

| it was wonderful the view was beautiful and so peaceful.having room to roam and the game room was a great hit. you not a top of each other like in a motel room. we don't ever want to stay in a motel room after staying in a cabin it was supersuper great. you don't want to leave let alone wonder why i ever stayed in a motel room will be back |

We stayed at Bearskin Ridge while in town for a wedding and it was wonderful!
The house is very comfortable, and big enough for a family of 6 easily. We especially loved all the bathrooms, the hot tub, and the game room.

| Great cabin to stay at. Off the beaten path. Far enough away from all the hustle but close enough to everything. Cabin was perfect for our group. Pool table, hot tub, video games.....what could be better? Came up for a wedding and had a great time. thanks again for such a great spot. |

| Lovely, well maintained home. Very clean. This home met all of our requirements (non-smoking, no pets, 2 bdrm, fire place, hot tub on deck w/mountain views). Bonus: VERY QUIET! This is the most quiet location we've ever stayed in, having been going to Gatlinburg for 10 years. A cabin way up in the trees, yet not too high up the mountain. We've stayed on Ski Mountain, and also at a resort. But this home has them all beat. Also - the most for the price of any company we've used. Just perfect. |

| THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP I HAD THEIR IN THE PAST 10YRS, MY JUST LOVED IT. MY 7YR WANTED TO MOVE IN AND LIVE THEIR. THE GAMEROOM WAS HIS SPOT FOR THE WHOLE TRIP, AND WE WILL BE BACK THEIR THIS YEAR ALSO. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND A THREE OUR FOUR BEDROOM MADE AFTER THAT MODEL WOULD BE NICE TOO. |

Very nice place. Very clean and tasteful decor. Fun pool table area. The two-tier decks was great for relaxing in the evening and hearing the frogs (spring peepers) in the otherwise very quiet area.
Would just recommend that the person from Jackson Mtn. Homes please not call at 8:30AM the day after arrival. It was nice to have someone make sure we were taken care of, but that was a little unnecessary. |
