The staff was phenomenal, the cabin was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing it could have used were a few more bath towels, but we were able to wash in the provided washer and dryer and complimentary one wash box of detergent. Enjoyed our stay at the Bear Tracks Cabin, it was a wonderful cabin, very clean and modern, close drive to downtown Gatlinburg, the staff at Jackson Mountain was very friendly and helpful, we will stay there again in the future,one recommendition would be to install a larger hot water tank, with 4 adults staying in the cabin, we ran out of hot water for showering, other wise the cabin and location was wonderful... The cabin was beatiful. We enjoy staying in a cabin decorated as the Bear Tracks. It was clean, plenty of supplies. We had a great time in the cabin. Our children had plenty of room to do as they wanted too. I will certainly call Jackson next year for our accomodations!! More...

The place is great. The decor is perfect. The amenities are exactly what you need. Our family had an awesome time. This is the 3rd time we use Jackson Mountain homes. Very convenient location, close to everything. A tid bit pricy, but it is all worth the while. We will use Jackson Mountain homes again this year for our winter vacation to the Smokies we are hooked. Accomodations were very good, leafs very pretty, great location. Mountain view not as good as pictures represent but still enjoyable. Charcoal grill needs replacement. Overall would like to return to area, maybe a better mountain view cabin. I would rate a high 4 out of 5 experience. More...
