Keauhou Gardens - Kona Coast Resort unit 2-204 (1810 sq ft) is a roomy 2bedroom/2bath fully furnished Villa. It is our "home away from home" and is clean, neat, quiet, comfortable and well equipped for a very relaxing Hawaiian holiday. It is in a very peacefull location in the resort, away from Alii Drive and the entry traffic in the Resort. The unit is decorated with an Oriental flair and Art Work by local Artists. Some of the features of the Villa are top (2nd) floor end unit with vaulted ceilings, ocean, mountain and golf course views (on the 16th green and fairway), guaranteed great entertainment watching golfers (rain or shine) while having breakfast, lunch or early dinner on lanai or in dining room. Unit also has a reserved parking space. This Villa has a Motion-Sensor Light at the front door for your safety and security during the evening hours and a Security Screen Front Door. The Villa is cooled by the trade winds, mountain breezes, ceiling fans and being a top floor end unit with lots of windows on three sides and sliding doors in livingroom and dinningroom to huge lanai (28'x14'), has excellent cross ventilation. The 2 bedrooms have Calif. King beds, livingroom has a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms have walk-in showers, large galley kitchen has a pantry, spice cabinet and all appliances including a full size side by side washer/dryer. Large Living room and dining room, library/office with built-in desk ( perfect for the business traveler) and large lanai (28' x 14') complete the layout. Both the Villa and Resort are non-smoking, although there are 8 designated smoking areas with-in the Resort. Everything is thought of for a restful holiday. On the gentle western slopes of Mt. Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawai'i, nestled in historic Crown Lands of Keauhou, lies beautiful Keauhou Gardens - Kona Coast Resort. Beautiful Kahalu'u Beach Park, which is a protected/excellent snorkel beach, is 1/4 mile down the road. The Resort is 15 miles south of the Kona Int'l Airport and 7 miles south of Kailua-Kona town.

| My husband and I went to Kona this summer for our Honeymoon. We had such an amazing time. We highly recommended this condo, it was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and more and we never once missed home. When we go back we will be contacting the Goggin's again for sure. We loved their condo. Thanks!! |

Great location - walking distance to shopping
center, beach, snorkeling, etc. Close by car to
other great uncrowded beaches. Resort and unit
were spotless. Would recommend. |

We had a wonderful stay at the Kona Coast Resort. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with the basics.
We enjoyed the golf, the pool, and the activities provided by the resort - lei making, Aloha bingo, ukelele lessons.
The beaches are gorgeous! Be prepared to leave the condo for the entire day.
It is truly a paradise home. |
