BOOK NOW! on Aloha Condos Website - Our spacious 1bedroom/1bath Villa 6-304 is 1453 sq.ft. and is in a very quiet location in the Resort. This is our "home away from home" and is fully furnished. The unit is clean, neat, quiet, comfortable and well equipped for a relaxing Hawaiian holiday. Some features of the Villa are top floor end unit with vaulted ceilings, ocean and mountain views and a reserved parking space. This Villa has a Private entrance and for your safety and security during the evening hours, there is a Motion-Sensor light at the front door and a Security-Screen front door as well. This unit is decorated Island Style and the Art Work is done by Local Artists. The Villa is a top (3rd) floor end unit with a reserved parking space on the 2nd floor level. There are 13 stairs up to unit with a switch back mid-level.
Also, unique to this Villa is that you can watch day break over the mountain from your pillow in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening from the lanai. The unit has one bedroom with a Calif. King bed and reading area and living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 2 chairs with ottomans. The 14'x9' bathroom main features are a walk-in double shower, double vanities and a bidet. The large galley kitchen has all appliances including a pantry, spice cabinet and full size side by side washer/dryer. The unit has a desk and work space for the business traveler. A large living room, dining room and lanai (28' x 14') complete the layout. Cooled by the trade winds, mountain breezes, ceiling fans, and being a top floor end unit with lots of windows on three sides and sliding doors in livingroom and dinningroom to huge lanai, has excellent cross ventilation. Both the Villa and Resort are non-smoking, although there are 8 designated smoking areas with-in the Resort. The unit has everything one would want for a truly restful stay.On the gentle western slopes of Mt. Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawai'i, nestled in the Crown Lands of Keauhou, lies beautiful Keauhou Gardens - Kona Coast Resort. Reminiscent of a classic Mediterranean Resort, this exclusive resort has panoramic views of the ocean and the dramatic Kona coastline. From deep-sea fishing in the blue pacific to skiing majestic snow-capped Mauna Kea, combined with clam and sunny weather, Kona is the perfect year-round playground and Hawai'i's Premier sports resort destination. Across the street from the Resort is Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery store, drug store, urgent care medical center, post office, theater, entertainment, restaurants, service station and more. The Resort is 15 miles south of Kona Int'l Airport and 7 miles south of Kailua-Kona.

| The condo was a great place for our family to stay. It was well stocked with everything we needed to have fun on the vacation. The lanai is awesome and we enjoyed most of our meals out there the bathroom is also a highlight. The weather was warm for the first part of the trip and there was little wind so not having A/C was a little uncomfortable, but that changed once the trade winds picked up a bit and we were comfortable. Also beware that the resort has a ridiculously expensive internet policy which was disappointing. |

| This is a very good unit for the price with a great location and good view, even though there is only a partial view of the bay. The amenities of the development are very good with good beach access. The furnishings are good, but the unit could have been cleaner. The carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. I would rent here again. |

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in a very well maintained
complex. It is a top floor corner unit with an excellent sunny lanai.
Many of the other units have lanai shaded and get pretty limited sun,
but this one is open to the sky and great for sunning all day, reading,
and evening dining under the stars. The only drawback for us was the
proximity to parking lot noise and activity, but overall this owner
rented unit was very comfortable and had great privacy considering
that it is in a big complex. We also found the owners very pleasant
and easy to deal with. We found it to be a great value compared to
places we have stayed on Maui. |
