We found everything and more than we expected for our comfort. It might be a good service to your renters to let them know about the existence of things like salt and pepper, sugar, charcoal lighter fluid, matches,... that guests would likely be buying and bringing, not expecting to find, only to be redundant. Of course, they may be things guests have bought and left, and if you don't want to commit to keeping those things on hand, they can usually take them with them - unless they flew in to the area. We found and followed the request to wash dishes, but with only two of us staying, we waited until morning of checkout to run the loaded dishwasher, only to find no dishwashing detergent.

I would like to let you know that the Pfaltzgraff (sp?) dishes and cups, though marked "dishwasher and microwave safe" get WAY too hot in the microwave before the contents get warm enough. I actually burned my fingers on a cup handle, even after I had learned to be careful, while the coffee in it was still not hot. Somebody is going to sometime heat a cup or plate for longer than 90 seconds and really get hurt.

The location is a bit tough to find at night. But the cabin is beautiful, the privacy is awesome. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. It provides the log cabin, atmosphere with wonderful technology and very very cozy. We enjoyed the sleep number beds, the kitchen already had a few things that we forgot.
Overall, we have already planned a trip back in the summer. Whether it is Annie's cabin or another GreyBeard property. Highly highly recommended, no complaints....at all

We enjoyed the view at the top of a mountain as well as the overall condition of the home: new appliances, great insulation and heating (it really is cozy!), the home was clean and tidy and had a great porch, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Overall a great place to relax, and only a 10-12 minute drive from asheville.

We really enjoyed our stay at Annie's. It was the perfect location for a weekend getaway for 4. The views were great and it was certainly was cozy. Not far from Asheville and all it has to offer with the benefits of being away from it all. I would highly recommend this great cabin. More...

The home was quiet, comfortable and clean. The view was great. The home was very convenient to Biltmore and grocery shopping. The locally made bread as a welcome gift was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It would be nice if the beds were made up and the housekeeping staff took care of the laundry and trash. Some of your guests may be (and were) disabled, making those duties difficult. More...
