Wardlaw Cottage was perfect for a week's conference get-away. Wood paneled throughout, with a massive stone fireplace in the center of the living room, the home is cozy and intimate. It could have used some newer amenities, such as bed linens and cuttlery. The deck furniture was not used - it really needs to be replaced! Greybeard is always good to work with; this was my third time renting from a Greybeard house.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Wardlaw Cottage. It is charming and felt like home.

I would like to call attention to some housekeeping issues.
I found many "dust bunnies" when the furniture was even slightly moved. I am referring to rocking chairs.
The cottage could use a good vacumming for dust and spiders.

Also, it may be time for the plumbing to be inspected. The water lines seem to have a great deal of air in them that causes inconsistent water flow.

Other than these couple of issues, I loved it!
We hope to stay again next June.

This rental property was just as described. A wonderful mountain setting with a cute cabin. We loved falling asleep every night to the rushing sound of the creek. We will definitely stay here again and did not want to leave at the end of the weekend.
