Had the best time in this condo, we were surprised at how Huge it was and that it had all the commodities of home. I was concerned about the noise level when I heard it was by the elevator, but we were there on a busy weekend and we did not hear a single thing. Very Peaceful, and Clean.
Right off the Promenade, and 1 street over from Downtown. Loved having a Washer & Dryer in Condo. and Indoor Pool was an added benefit, Sand & Sea Staff was very nice an Absolute pleasure for our family, would definitely stay again! |

| IT WAS GREAT! LOVED THE DECOR, VERY SPACIOUS, THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE! I HAVE RECOMMENDD I TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO ARE TAKING BESCH VACATIONS! WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK FOR A GIRLS WEEKEND AND RENT ROOM 306!!! WE'VE HEARD WHAT HAPPENS IN SEASIDE STAYS IN SEASIDE!!! |

| We had a large group of people (we rented 5 seperate accomodations) and all of them were very nice. Our room was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room to move around. |

| We have stayed at Sand and Sea before and really liked the accommodations. This unit is very nicely decorated, clean, and roomy. Staying here is a lot nicer than staying at a regular motel as it is more like home. The location is great also. We will stay here again. |
