The apartment was lovely and comfortable except for the beds. The beds are sooooo...hard, we were always sore the next morning. We'd take turns sleeping on the couch. We all like to sleep with the windows open in the bedroom and it was not conducive to opening the windows in this apartment. Otherwise, we really liked it and were more comfortable staying in and reading and relaxing. We like that the table was up against the window so that we could play cards, eat, etc. while watching the surf and sea. I'd recommend a memory foam mattress pad for guests. Thanks for allowing the review. We'd probably choose a different apartment due to the bed situation.

| We had a great stay. We were traveling with 3 young children and the condo was a good fit. The location has great beach, promenade and downtown access. The decor is very outdated, but exceptionally clean. My daughters thought the yellow kitchen was beautiful :) |

| We have spent many summer vacations at the Sand & Sea, we have tried other places but nothing compares to how great it is at the Sand and Sea...we will not stay any place else in Seaside. Every room we have stayed in has been very nice, expecially the ocean front condos. I highly recommend the Sand and Sea. |

accommodations are very good for 2 couples in a two bedroom unit. Unit was in very good shape and we always enjoy staying at Sand and Sea.

We have stayed at the Sand & Sea many time and have always been happy with how we were treated. We usually stay on the south side uper floors. I think it is 614 or 514. We like the location. It is close to all the shops and restruant's and of course the beach. After staying there the first time we have received a two for one cupon each year. My only bad experience is not having bought one of the chndos for $200,000 when we first stayed there.
