anyhow, I was in room 200 during the last two weeks, and the room was nice, but a gray haired man betwen the age of 50 to 65 was rude two days in a roll.

He scared my daughter and If I owned the condos, I would have fired him on the spot.

Yes he works there, he owns a gray pickup with a gray trailer that he parks in the lot across the street.

Anyhow after the two times we had to deal with this man have passed, we will never use your condos again.

The desk clerks where very nice and I enjoyed talking to them.

By the way, I think you had some people running from the law in room 302 this last weekend, maybe you should take more care in who you let stay there, that would make for a better stay, then having gang members in the building.

This was one of the three Condo's we rented for 4 nights there was a total of 15 in our group. All of the Condo's were exceptional. The weather was even good, just sprinkles in the evening. This was most of the groups 3rd year coming, but for a few it was there first year. This has became our annual vacation. Just a short walk to downtown. The beach and ocean right out your door. This year we had our grandaughters 4th birthday she recieved her first bike and the promenade was a great place for her to take her first ride. All four of our grandaughters age 21 months, 3 yrs, 4 yrs. and 6 years all enjoyed gong down on the beach and playing in the sand. Every year they start in about January wanting to know when we are going to the ocean again. We love Sand and Sea accomadations, they have everythng you need. Two of the condo's had washers & dryers which are nice for the little ones. Every thing is provided you just need to bring your food, clothes and play things, everything else is provided even the beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year for our annual vacation. We love Sand & Sea! More...

There were 34 of us staying at the Sand and Sea. I think we had rented about 6 or 7 condos. Each was furnished differently. Some were bigger, some more updated. Loved the fire places. The service was wonderful, although we didn't really require much. Everything was furnished for us. The rooms were very clean. The weather couldn't have been nicer. It was wonderful siting out on the deck every morning drinking our tea and coffee. The best thing about the condo was it was right on the beach. And it was within walking distance of downtown. We all agree, we will be back next year.
