Comfortable, clean and cozy accomodations.

Peak Property Management in Breckenridge was great to work with. The Unit at Mark IX was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Complete with plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen ware and even split firewood for the fireplace. We also enjoyed the hottub. The unit is not big but there was plenty of room for 4 - 6 people. This is not a resort, the location is in a quiet forest neighborhood setting about a mile from the center of town. The nearby shuttle that takes you to town and the ski mountain takes only 6 minutes.
