Tides Inn is a great little house, great location right across from the beach. The screen porch is perfect for dolphin watching. Kitchen is well stocked. Collins did their usual professional and good cleaning, but we did note some of the dishes were a little greasy-feeling, so we did rewash before using. We reported two minor repairs to be done, and the first was completed on the day we reported it (a Sunday), the other was completed the next day. No fuss at all. The house was very nice and clean. Located across from the beach for easy access. The beach is very clean and water was warm. The screened porch was very nice to sit at night a look at the ocean. I would recommend this rental to future vacationers. St. George is very quiet and peaceful, just what you want on a vaction to relax.

This is our 5th year at St. George but first time in this house. Tide's Inn is much nicer than it looks. The pictures absolutely don't do it justice. It was such easy beach access and the view from the screen porch might as well have been beachfront without the beachfront price. The only complaint I have is the master needs a king size bed. With today's economy everyone is looking to get the most for their money. Normally you have to forego nice accomodations to save $$$...not with this rental.

From the moment you walk in, you realize what a value this property is. We especially loved the screened front porch facing the gulf. The view is incredible!!!

The kitchen is well equipped, the beds very comfortable and the decor is tastefully done.

We speng a wonderful week in October with our daughter and son-inlaw. We chose Tide's Inn because it had a view of the beach and would accept pets. We each brought our dogs. I appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and selected it because it had many floor surfaces that were not carpet so I did not have to worry as much about the dogs. It also had a screen porch which was a big plus. Accomodations were nice. I would suggest a little bit of updating in the kitchen in terms of utensils, pans and bakeware. There were plenty of dishes and glasses. All in all we thought it was an excellent value. More...
