The Pharr House is located in central Myrtle Beach, along the exclusive Golden Mile. You are only minutes from all the Grand Strand has to offer, yet as you pull into the tree lined driveway that hides this massive home from the street you realize your relaxing vacation has begun. You will spend hours rocking on the large, oceanfront screen porch while you watch squirrels and rabbits play in the expansive yard. The Pharr House sits on one of the largest, most elevated, most wooded oceanfront lots in the entire City of Myrtle Beach. You feel like you are sitting on the porch of a secluded, oceanfront plantation house when you are actually only 1 mile away from Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Celebrity Square, Broadway at the Beach, NASCAR Speedpark, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Cal Ripken baseball experience, Myrtle Beach convention center, Margaritaville, and much more.

| THE HOUSE IS VERY SPACIOUS AND WAS SET UP GREAT FOR A WEDDING. THE PORCH IS LARGE AND IS GREAT FOR RELAXING. THE CLEANING COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB AND WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE SALES STAFF WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL. |

| This was our 2nd house with Palmetto Properties. They are great to work with, and the pictures that you see are truly what you get. They are so clean, well-kept, and right on the beach with great access. They have so many extra things that make your stay so enjoyable. Our whole entire family of 17 were there for a week, and everyone had enough space to themselves. The best part was all coming together in the evenings and sitting down in the huge dining room for dinner, along with coming together every morning on the huge screened porch; which was great if you have little ones. I would definitely rent from Palmetto Properties again. |

I highly recommend renting this house if you're looking for an amazing wedding reception site. This is the location I chose for my wedding reception and had family and friends stay at this house. I heard nothing but great compliments on the house in general. This is also where we held our rehearsal dinner. Very roomy and every amenity you could think of: walk in cooler, mulitple huge common area roooms, 7 bedrooms each having it's own bathroom, etc. The backyard was big enough to comfortably accommodate for 100+ people with a tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, and buffet style eating. This house and it's property helped make my wedding PERFECT!

We had our wedding here this past September and couldn't have asked for a better location. The house is spacious and definitely perfect for large family vacations or events. There is a walk-in fridge, indoor grill, and a huge dining room. The screened porch was our favorite hang-out spot and is where we spent the majority of our time while at the house. The yard is huge and great for a party. The views are magnificent and the beaches are absolutely beautiful. Jeff is really great to work with and is so extremely helpful, answering any and all of our questions promptly. We hope to be able to stay here again soon!

| Beautiful yard area and SUPERB screened in back porch all step from the ocean. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Can't beat the location. Consistent antique look and feel throughout this house. |

| The Pharr House is AWESOME!!!!! Our entire family stayed there and we had tons of room! There was a total of 21 of us!!!! We celebrated our mother's 80th birthday. Although the house is dated, it is still very charming. The location is probably one of the best in Myrtle and the view from the wonderful screened porch...WOW! We rocked away all our troubles. There was a total of 7 children under the age of 10, and the yard was wonderful for them to play in. Also, we met some of the staff,(maids, & caretaker) and we couldn't have been treated better. I could go on and on...I can't wait for the time we can stay there again! |

| We loved this house. Best stay we have ever had. We had our wedding here and couldn't have asked for anything better. The layout is perfect. The property management are great to work with. The yard is hugh and beautiful. We spent most of our time on the huge porch overlooking the beautiful yard and ocean. The house is very roomy and very comfortable. It is also in a great location. Very convenient to boardway at the beach. This house is not only great for a wedding but any type of stay while at myrtle beach. We have stayed at alot of beach houses and hotels. This is hands down the best stay we have ever had. Thanks for the great experience. |

Perfect wedding! |

We rented the fantastic Pharr House for the week of our son's wedding. Family came from as far away as California and Iowa to stay there with us so it was like a reunion in addition to a super wedding. We hosted the rehearsal dinner using the dining room and screened in porch for seating of over 75 people with plenty of room. Total relaxation...a perfect setting to relax before the big event.
We set up yard games plus the beautiful beach right there gave everyone something to do.
The family all want to rent the Pharr House again for our next mini reunion.
We highly recommend it...it was a great time for such a special event in our son's life that will not be forgotten.
Linda cooked for us......ahhhhhh so good. Kudo's to Linda!
