Fabulous villa that housed 2 families with lots of space. Nicely furnished, quiet location and away from the crowds but still near to the parks, brilliant pool that the kids lived in if we were not at the parks. The big boys had hours of fun on the full size pool table (and the golf course)and the big girls loved the hot tub and a glass of wine! Well equipped and even had a computer so we could check on weather, get directions and get the low down on restaurants! It was a pleasure to stay at this villa and for once the accomodation was just like the pictures and not a disappointment on arrival. We hope to go back in the near future.

This was a great house for 8 golfers. I am sure it would be just as great for others, but as golfers, we found everything to be very much to our liking. The pool, extra large hot tub, pool table, garage that's truly a garage (where we could pull our van inside and protect our golf clubs), furnishings, kitchen accoutrements, etc. could not have been better. Our hosts Lynn and David were also very pleasant, easy to deal with, and we found them to be great people when we met them.

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we have already booked it for 2010. We should be coming back here for years to come. Thanks Lynn and Dave for providing a great place for our vacation.

Villa was identical to pictures on the web-site. Spotlessly clean and very spacious (there were 12 of us staying there). A quiet setting, good size pool and near to supermarket & bar / takeaways (5 mins by car).

We rented this villa for Christmas and the New Year for a total of eight people including a 10 year old boy & 1 year old little girl. The location was ideal for the Parks. Only a 20 minute drive away, but far enough not to be amongst all the tourists!

The accomodation was very spacious, with room to go off and have your own 'space'. It catered for everything except we had to get a new gas container for the barbeque! (Big deal).

The accomodation was very clean and provided everything you needed, as well as all the beds being very comfortable.

The amenities offered such as the pool, garden, pool table, internet access etc, were excellant and trouble free.

I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to any group of people looking to hire a villa that has everything and in such a nice area. More...

My family and friends spent 10 days at "Aloha"
- the Birchwood Plus 2 Villa, and had a
wonderful relaxing time during our stay. We
were delighted with the size, layout, décor,
and excellent facilities of this property.
We found it very well equipped for all our
needs - well presented bedrooms, large main
lounge area, good kitchen, plenty for the
children and young people to keep them
occupied (the swimming pool, hot tub and pool
table were all particularly big hits).

It's located in a quiet neighbourhood in
Davenport, about 15 - 20 mins drive from
Disney theme parks, and has local shops very
close by. Very easy to get to / from, yet away
from the crowds of Orlando / Kissimee

Lynn and David are great hosts - nothing was
too much trouble. They went out of their way
to make our holiday arrangements
straightforward to organise and willingly
answered all our questions fully and very
promptly.

We intend to go back to Orlando for another
vacation and have already decided that we
don't need to search for somewhere to stay -
if it's available, we are going back to this
same house again!
