Our villa is set in larger than average plot, affording each property maximum privacy and feeling of space. Our villa is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding who gets the master bedroom, so it has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.
There are no villas behind ours, just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands. You won't hear any traffic noise around our villa - just the sounds of nature in the woodland beyond. The spacious air-conditioned living space totals about 2000 square feet with soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated non-slip floor tiles giving that luxurious & spacious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.
The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room have everything you could possibly need including a large fridge freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink and dishwasher. For your comfort and convenience, a full size washing machine and tumble dryer are provided, as are all towels (including pool towels) and linens.
Master Bedroom 1
The first master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror, 26" Fibre-Optic TV, bedside telephone. The en-suite features 'his and hers' sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer. There is direct access from this en-suite to the poolside.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed with the same bedroom furniture and features as the first master including a 26" Fibre-Optic TV. This en-suite has a bath with shower over, toilet, built-in sink unit and hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
The remaining two bedrooms are both twins (2 single twin sized beds) each with walk-in wardrobes and Fibre-Optic TVs and are served by the remaining bathroom (between the 2 rooms) with a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in sink unit.
Family Room
There is a large 32"Fibre-Optic 266 ChannelTV in the family room with a DVD player, Stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player, and a Nintendo GameCube for the small and big kids. We have provided a selection of films and games for all ages and you can rent DVDs and GameCube games from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway and Pizzeria who deliver to Highlands Reserve. There is also an additional portable CD Player to play music whilst relaxing by the pool.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Laundry Room
We have a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance, utencil, pots & pans you could possibly need during your stay. The side-by-side fridge/freezer dispenses ice and ice cold water on demand. In addition we provide a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc...
The laundry room accessed from the kitchen is equipped with a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games Room
A recent addition is our well equipped games room which will suit all ages and includes a full sized pool table, air glide hockey table, table football, electronic basketball and a full sized championship dartboard with score board. We even have tennis racquets & a half set of golf clubs for your personal use at the community tennis courts and excellent golf course.
Large Pool with Conservation View
Our large 23' x 13' privately screened heated pool faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening. The pool has an oversized deck with removable toddler safety screen. The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat and a perfect setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner. At night, the porch area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool. A 6 seater table with chairs and 4 sun loungers are provided for your comfort. There even is a toddler sized table with 2 chairs for your little ones.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service. We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, potty and baby monitor, which are all provided free of charge. In addition for a toddler we have provided a Child Safety Rail for use on any of the twin beds.
To make your arrival less stressful, we offer a Welcome Pack which contain basic essentials. If you have any special requests like a case of beer of bottles of wine, we will try to accommodate these.
We have provided a luxury gas fired BBQ for use by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great to unwind on those lazy by the pool days. We also offer discount attraction tickets, so you can order these in advance and have them delivered to you on arrival. You can even use your laptop by the poolside - how's that for sheer indulgence ?
