Property Overview

Luxury villa with 2 master suites, ideal for 2 families sharing with open view from the large private pool. The attractively furnished & well equipped villa also includes 32" TV / DVD & XBox 360, Monitored Alarm System, fully equipped Games Room, Gas BBQ, Baby Equipment, cable TV's in all bedrooms and High Speed DSL Wireless Internet Access throughout the villa & poolside. Recently the whole villa was retiled & re-carpeted throughout giving a new air of luxury and spaciousness.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests.

Master 1 Bedroom

Master 1 bedroom has been furnished to a high standard with king sized bed and TV. There is a walk-in closet which has a hanging space and there is ample drawer-space for all your holiday clothes in the main bedroom area. The ensuite offers his & hers washbasins, toilet and walk-in shower, hairdryer and this bathroom has direct access to the covered porch on the pool deck.

Master 2 Bedroom

Master... 2 bedroom has also been furnished to a high standard with king sized bed and TV. There is a walk-in closet which has a hanging space and there is ample drawer-space for all your holiday clothes in the main bedroom area. The ensuite offers a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over.

The 2 further Twin Rooms

These have matching twin beds. Each room has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers and TV.

Family Bathroom

Is situated in between the 2 twin bedrooms and offers a washbasin, toilet and bath with shower over and hairdryer.

Baby Equipment

A cot, high chair and stroller are provided free-of-charge.

Family Room

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large TV/DVD or play on the XBox 360 games console. There is also a Bose docking station for you to plug in your iPod and enjoy your favourite tunes.

Dining Room

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with formal table and chairs with seating for 6 and has direct access to the covered porch on the pool deck.

Well - Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. There is a large cooker with oven and four top rings. There is a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser. Everything you could possibly need has been provided including cutlery, crockery, glassware and poolware for 10 people. All cooking pots and pans are also provided. The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is a real hit for the kids at breakfast time.

Wireless Internet Access

We have provided complimentary high speed wireless internet access which you can connect your WiFi equipped laptop to anywhere in the villa or poolside.

Games Room

The games Room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With pool table, air hockey, table foosball and darts board - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do. There are four tennis racquets and tennis balls that can be used at the public courts on Highlands Reserve and a half set of golf clubs if you fancy testing your handicap on the golf course.

Laundry Room

With washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron, washing your clothes while on holiday is made easy.

Pool Deck and Lanai

The pool deck ensures that sun worshippers are able to keep their tan topped up, as the sun is most of the deck from sunrise to sunset. The shady porch offers welcome relief from the Florida sun for those of a more delicate disposition. With 4 sun loungers, there are plenty of beds to go around.

Toddler pool safety fence ensures safety for the very young. This can be removed subject to you feeling confident about safety around the open pool.

Under the shady porch we provide a large table seating 6 comfortably for those alfresco dining experiences - why not test your culinary abilities on the gas BBQ is kept on the deck under the lanai.
