2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom town house located in Shipyard Plantation
Recently redecorated with new carpet, tiled floors throughout the first floor, granite counter tops and new appliances, 704 Shipmaster provides the perfect vacation spot for families, golfers or tennis players. Just a short walk to the beach and directly across from the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center, the townhouse overlooks the 8th green at the Galleon golf course.
Pet Friendly Rental Rules and Conditions. **Pets not allowed from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Spacious and contemporary, the first floor living area features a 32” flat panel HDTV with DVD player, as well as a stereo system for family entertainment plus high speed wireless internet. The open floor plan includes a queen size sofa bed and love seat and dining table that seats 6. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with double vanity and TV with built-in DVD player. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a private bath and TV with DVD. There are outdoor decks off both bedrooms with the master bedroom deck overlooking the golf course.
The Shipmaster Villa complex has been completely renovated and is the newest complex in Shipyard. It features its own community pool and private tennis court for use exclusively by residents and guests.

| The townhouse is very spacious and definitely pet friendly!! Lots of living space and loved the easy access to the beach and to the rest of the island. Would recommend this property for sure!! |

| the villa was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. a nice bike ride to the beach. shipyards was quiet, beautiful, and very convenient to shopping. it was nice to have the beach club right there at beach to use the restrooms. our garbage disposal stopped up and was fixed quickly and courteously. the kitchen was well euqiped. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Shipmaster 704. The condo was spacious and very well laid-out. It was clean and well kept. Its proximity to the beach and pool made it a plus.
We did have a few issues maintenance issues which were quickly addressed by the management company. |

| I have been coming to Hilton Head for the last 4 years and have stayed at other units. This unit was the best I have every stayed at. The only issue I had is having the bedrooms on the second floor. I have 2 bad knees and would have prefered a total ground floor unit but I loved it anyway. |
