Just wonderful!!
This was our first time renting a condo with my brother and sister-in-law from Toronto. We were all exceptionally happy with the condo and property. We loved the location and hated to leave at the end of the week. We hope to be able to return next year, possibly to Shorewood 304. Resort Rentals was very helpful for our first time in Hilton Head. Vacation Paradise
Condos on N Forest Beach are within reach of everything, yet allow one to seem to have the beach all to one's self.
This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest, however, a hair drier as most hotels/motels have them now.
Receiving the keys to the condo before leaving home was a definite plus. No long waiting at Resort Rentals.
We have been coming to the island for over 30 years now, renting beach front homes for nearly twenty of them and now condos. (Family size does shrink). You can only imagine the changes we've seen. 2 lane swing a way bridge to a 4 lane permanent structure. Only 1 traffic light at that time and so much more.
Hopefully, we will be back next year. Same condo.

Very nice
Nice condo. Large living room overlooking beach. 4th floor. Nice deck. Really terric view from anywhere in condo,which is what I was looking for.
Clean and well maintained. THere were a few real minor blemishes (textured ceiling starting to peel in bed room, small hole in wall behind door from missing door stop) but no deal breakers. It was well stocked, although they gave us only one trash bag.
My wife said bathroom was not super clean when we arrived (a couple of hairs in the tub) other wise very clean.
Short walk to beach and pool. Short drive or walk to restaurants and shops (ten minute walk maybe).
I liked it a alot, and would return.
