3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Home with private pool (*Free Pool Heat) located in Folly Field area, just minutes to the Beach.

Getaway to True Escape. Designed to enjoy the outside, this 2,000 square-foot 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bath floor plan with a large trellis-topped entertaining area, seamlessly flowing onto the fenced-in pool deck. An annex for the family overflow, you live inside and outside at the same time. The resulting design evokes island sensibility with its natural and beachy elements.
Travertine stone and Italian tile are cool and clean underfoot for the whole of the house, the bedrooms have carpet, with the furnishings, accessories and tray ceilings bringing in the palm effect. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and a center island with seating which looks out at the pool, plus a separate bartop for company and conversation. The open family room easily accommodates the entire clan with a separate game area for the children, and the dining room to seat six will be the focus of indoor mealtimes.
Then there is the bonus part of the house-the outside living area-all private (fenced in), of course. A sparkling pool with a fountain, a professional grill/rotisserie, hand-laid pavers, a dining table to seat six and lounge chairs invite poolside relaxation both during the day and on those warm starry nights. And, last but not least, an outdoor fireplace to lend a little romance or to take the chill off of an evening.
The real draw for all ages, however, remains the unforgettable beach. A short, straight stroll will deliver you to the Island's most pristine shoreline. Joggers, walkers, teens spiking a volleyball, clusters of children crafting sand into impressive fortresses and, at high tide, the folly. A ceaseless tumble of the tides and memories that you will forever hold dear.

| The heated pool was awesome! The walking distance to the beach was great. The only negative thing i could say was that we were awaken one morning by the garbage collectors complaining, outside our window,about having to take the trash full of bottles. |

| The True Escape was as advertised....a "true escape." The house was very clean and provided nice space to enjoy. The outdoor area with the pool was a very nice amenity. We have young children so it was nice to be able to enjoy the pool while they were napping. The location was also nice given that the beach was truly just a short walk from the house. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend both the home and Resort Rentals to others. |

| Stayed 06/20/2009 through 06/27/2009 six adults and no kids. Home was great: clean; new furniture; new appliances; washer and dryer; air conditioner made that cold, like a meat locker. Private pool was great too, fenced in for privacy, so neighbors couldn't spy on our splash parties. Approximately 1/2 mile walk to beach and a sports bar. Had a great time, I will go back, and I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Hilton Head Island. |

| Words cannot explain how satisfied we were with True Escape. The house was beautiful and the pool was relaxing. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we were keeping our options open. We planned on looking for other properties while we were there, but after arriving at the house we knew there were no substitutes. We have already begun planning our vacation for next year. We cannot explain how satisfied we were with the staff at Resort Rentals, especially Kim. Our son had locked us out of the house and we contacted Kim and she meet us at 10:30 at night to give us another key. The beach was a short walk and the bike path across the street gave us plenty of options during the day. My wife enjoyed writing in the diary left by the owners and can't wait until next year to read what others have written. |
