This lovely 1st floor unit features stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the lagoon and the grounds pool. The open floorplan features a large living room, dining room and kitchen combination. Plantation shutters adorn all windows. Step out of the living room onto your large private deck. The deck can also be accessed from the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed; the master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower.
The second bath is located off the living room and has a walk-in shower.
Among the finest oceanfront accommodations in Palmetto Dunes Resort, this secluded villa complex stretches along a beautiful Atlantic beach and is surrounded by lushly landscaped gardens, walkways, lagoons, fountains and native trees including live oaks and palmettos.
Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool (with adjacent bathrooms), children's play pool with beach style entrance, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.

My daughter and I spent a week at 110 Windsor Place. From the moment we opened the door, we fell in love with the condo and Windsor Place.
The condo was very clean and so easy to live in. It was comfortable and so nicely decorated. Windsor Place is very peaceful and quiet and it was just what we were looking for.
I feel certain that we will return to Windsor Place in the future. |

| This unit is comfortable beyond words with so many choices for a vacationing experience. I enjoyed just listening to the ocean, but there are places to go and see for almost anyone. I enjoyed it so much I couldn't wait to reserve it for my next spring break. I look forward to seeing it again and enjoying the sights, sounds, and comforts of this beautiful place. |

Windsor 110 is a comfortable condo, tastefully decorated with tropical decor in neutral tones (except for the fake foliage). The kitchen has granite countertops and is well-appointed with dishes, pots, knives, etc., but don't expect to find any pantry staples (salt, pepper).
The condo is listed as oceanfront, and although there are no other buildings between the condo and the water, the view is somewhat obstructed by trees. This was expected, as the condo is on the first floor. The pool is a brief walk away, as is the boardwalk that leads to the ocean.
We visited the week after July 4 and were pleasantly surprised by the sparse nature of beach visitors at our access point. We were at least 30 feet from the nearest blanket the entire week.
The condo has keypad entry, which means no hassle with picking up or dropping off keys. We rented through Resort Rentals and had a positive experience. |
