We highly recommend Mamitas Beach for a vacation stay. We could walk to the beach , shopping, and restaraunts. A condo is a great vacation choice and we would stay at Mamitas again.It is even better than the pitures on the web site. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. A Bric International representative was there to meet us when we arrived , give us the keys and tell us about the area and things to do during our stay as well as explain everything about the condo. We spend a complete week during the summer, the condo is great, everything looks very new, you have more privacy than in a hotel, everyday our condo was cleaned, so that makes you feel you are in a hotel, and the beach is very very close, you just have to walk a minute, and this is not as far to 5th ave. as we thought we actually walked there everyday, I really recommend it! We stayed at Mamitas Village with friends last year and had a fabulous stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. The pool was very small but with the beach only one block away, who needed a pool. The location was fabulous. You could walk to anything. We Love mamitas so we were in heaven. We were taken care of at every turn and would go back in a minute. I do know that we will always rent from Bric as they take care of you very well.

We stayed at Mamitas Condo for a month this winter and it was wonderfull.
The security is excellent, the staff wonderfull and charming, the only complain would be about the pool, it is too cold, always or just about always in the shade.
We arrived late in the evening but everything had been prepared and the place was has showned on there web site.
The place was quiet, the only missing thing was the washer and the dryer, but they took care of our thing free of charge.
