We rented the house and the boat for a week. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

When we rented this home I was hesitant about renting the boat, as we are from MN & boat all summer. But this was a totally different experience for all of us, to see Sanibel Island, Pine Island, the bridges, & the Gulf of Mexico via water. The boat was spacious, easy to operate, and easily was the best part of our vacation. Would definitely rent this boat again...

My family and I had a wonderful time at Oasis Villa in the early summer of 2008!
The villa is a perfect place of spending vacation at Cape Coral in Florida. It is a friendly, peaceful and cosy place, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a vivid space as well due to the location on the canal with the gulf access.
While at the villa Oasis, we were also accompanied by a small child of 5 years old at that time. We greatly enjoyed the time there because the lovely place is suitable not only for adults, but also for kids and their needs.
I strongly urge you all to spend your vacation at Villa Oasis. It is simply wonderful! If you do not go there, you have no idea what you miss! More...

If you?re looking for a refreshing vacation I highly recommend staying at Villa Oasis. This was the first time our family visited the gulf side of Florida. We are a family of 5 (3 children ages 13, 10 and 7). We usually come down to Orlando once every year. This time we changed our usual with a kick to it. We first visited Orlando and stayed an extra 5 days in Cape Coral. This was a truly refreshing vacation since we got our thrills in Orlando and reenergized in Cape Coral. We chose Dan Cazacu?s Villa Oasis and boat since it had all the amenities we were looking for and more. On our arrival we were very thrilled to see that the home was even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was very well furnished, clean, and very up to date with technology. The location is absolutely tranquil and very inviting. The owners are very nice and friendly. Dan even let us use his kids? bikes for our kids to use. If you still want adventure there is plenty to do and visit in and around Cape Coral. We also rented the boat which is docked on the ramp behind the house. Going out boating with the kids was great. We got to visit a few islands, explore nature paths, and see dolphins play, swim and just relax on the white beaches. At night we would either go out to eat or just use the house grill. Then we would eat next to the pool on the lanai. After dinner we would enjoy the heated pool before turning in. After a hectic Disney/Universal visit, going to Cape Coral to actually relax before going back to your everyday routine is a must! So come on and try something new and refreshing at the Oasis Villa in Cape Coral. I know that we will be back in the fall! More...

Had a great time. The villa was immaculate and to a very high standard. We also rented the boat and had a brilliant vacation.
