A group of friends and I stayed here over our college spring break and it
really was an awesome experience. We wanted to go somewhere a little more
relaxing than most other college kids and this place was perfect. The condo
was really nice and clean. THe view was amazing and having all the pools and
hot tubs was a bonus. There isnt one thing that I could say wasn't up to par

We arrived late at night and found that the unit did not have any toilet paper. The sheets we were supplied with were very rough and did not have enough elastic on the bottom sheet to keep it on during the night. In the morning there was not one fry pan that wasn't scratched and rusted. We had to use a saucepan to cook our eggs. There was only one towel bar (30") for the entire place. If you had four or six people staying in the unit, what would you do? It wasn't enough space for two people. beautiful view, saw dolphin swimming in the ocean first day we were there...very cool. clean comfortable rooms. people were nice in the hotel area.

this condo rental was one of the most enjoyable vacation experiences i have ever had. joe was great and a pleasure to work with. any questions were answered promptly and he always did what he could to make our stay even more pleasant.

the condo itself was beautiful and roomy. there were 4 of us staying, but another 2 could have fit in comfortably. the views were awesome from the oceanfront balcony. the kitchen was outfitted perfectly for our 5 day stay. the hotel itself had friendly staff and the outdoor heated pools/lazy river and hot tub were a nice and relaxing place to be. watching the dolphins and pelicans in the ocean everyday was fun and the sunrises and sunsets were incredible.

i have been on many MB vacations, but this one was by far the most stress-free and relaxing one yet. i encourage anyone interested in a great deal with a big bang for the buck to try this one out. as stated, there were no hidden costs to be unpleasantly surprised by, and joe wants you to enjoy his place and makes you feel welcome.

We really enjoyed staying at the Caravelle. The location is great, a nice short walk to the ocean (easy with my 3 year old, and 6 month old to handle). A Walmart Supercenter isnt real far away (priced better than the closer Foodlions), Broadway on the Beach is an easy drive, etc. The view from the balcony is great, we especially enjoyed it one morning when a large school of fish swam close to the beach, and I actually saw a shark come up out of the water trying to get them, and then a small herd of dolphins swam into the area to feed as well, before they were all chased away by the lifeguards blowing a loud horn. The outdoor pools were a lot of fun, and my little boy really enjoyed them. The indoor pool was generally very warm, and not real crowded. There were a few small annoyances about the place (such as silverware that previous guests had walked off with), but I am confident Joe is addressing these items- they were really no big deal, and I let him know about them so he could take care of for future guests.
