Vacation Rental Description
This charming cottage, built in the 1960’s, has just been lovingly renovated, while keeping it’s original, warm character. Includes cable TV AND high speed cable Internet (not wireless!) The interior features cathedral ceilings, knotty pine flooring, an open floor plan and generous natural light and ventilation. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other a set of twins. A convertible couch in the living room would allow for a total accommodation of 5 persons. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, gas stove and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, double stainless sink, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bath is also new with a full-size shower and tub. There is a deck with a gas grill, tables, and chairs. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower and a full sized washing machine in the basement. Nestled in the pines, the cottage is less than a two minute walk to Blackfish Creek and the Audubon Society shoreline. A public boat launch into Wellfleet Bay is just three minutes away and the beautiful Wellfleet National Seashore beaches are three minutes by car or a 15 minute bike ride. This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges from $875.00 to $1,750.00.

4 of us spent a delightful two weeks at Black Fish Creek Cottage. The location on a small hill under the pines was wonderfully quiet yet convenient to beaches, summer theatre and many good restaurants. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen, deck and outdoor shower. The cottage is cozy and comfortable when it rains with excellent TV and radio connections as well.
Armand and Lisa of Surfside were instantly responsive to any questions or needs which were few. |

| We stayed here for an off-season weekend. The cottage was clean and nicely refurbished. The location was perfect for us as we could bring our kayaks down to Black Fish Creek and paddle out to Wellfleet Bay. The cottage was nicely situated on top of a hill with a breeze. Would highly recommend it. |
