Vacation Rental Description
Close to the beach, surrounded by sand for kids to play in, Breakers does not have another cottage in front of it. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with one queen size bed in each of two bedrooms, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. It has one updated bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes, tiled countertop and floor. There is a charcoal BBQ and picnic table just outside the screened porch. A clothesline is provided and a coin- operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers. The living room has a couch and chairs around the fireplace and glass doors let in plenty of light. This cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday with a weekly price that ranges from $1065.00 to $2,550.00. Shorter stays are possible before June 15 and in October.

| In April of 1979 I was looking for a housekeeping cottage (so we didn't have to eat out every meal) as close to the ocean as I could get that had a fireplace, heat and allowed dogs. For our family, this is perfect for pre- and post-season stays. It is very quiet and remote at those times of the year. We've been staying at Surfside for 30 years. |

We just spent our tenth year at Surfside Cottage Colonies. If you
would like a place to stay where you can truly un-wind, then Surfside
is the place from you. Our cottage does not have a TV -- a detriment
for some, but for us, it is a chance to truly get away from it all. Two of
the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third bedroom has two
single beds. You can hear the pounding surf from your cottage since
the beautiful LeCount Hollow Beach is only steps away. If you want to
get away, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of South Wellfleet, Surfside is
for you! |
