Sea Breeze has one queen size bed in two bedrooms and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is one bathroom with a shower and it also has an enclosed shower outdoors. Sea Breeze is a single-level cottage. Walking through the screened porch, which is furnished with cushioned wicker couch and chairs, you open French doors and enter a large living room/kitchen area with a couch and sitting chairs around the fireplace and a modern kitchen extensively equipped for cooking with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans.he back door leads to a sunny deck, a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and a clothesline. A coin-operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers. There is a large sandy area behind Sea Breeze for children games and play.his cottage rents from Sunday to Sunday with a weekly price that ranges from $945.00 to $2,200.00. Shorter stays are possible before June 15 and in October.

Armand was right on getting with us and making sure we were settled!
Since we've vacationed in this colonie, we knew what to expect...having said that though, the outdoor shower was definitely our favorite part. At the right time of the morning, the sun shone directly into the shower and warmed us more than the water!
The only thing that was tricky for us was setting up the dinner table every night...heavy and no wheels to make the job lighter. We understand the need for the hide-away table, though. |

| We stayed in Sea Breeze from 8/16-8/23. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental, which really helps with the traffic getting on and off the Cape. The cottage is extremely well-appointed, nicely decorated, clean, and functional. The walk to the beach is easy and short and because Sea Breeze is not directly on Ocean View, there is less road noise. We have enjoyed staying at Sea Breeze for several years now and expect to be back. |

Having been a visitor to the Cape for 45 years, I found Surfside Cottages in Wellfleet on Cape Cod to offer one of the best vacation opportunities. Not only is it in walking distace to the National Seashore, it is minutes from the 3 freshwater kettle ponds - perfect for vacationers with small children, hiking, bike riding, and from dining, art galleries, and shopping.
All of the Surfside cottages are charming, extremly clean, and in good condition, but our favorite is Sea Breeze. It has, along with 3 bedrooms,a kitchen and dining room, ample parking for two cars, a screened in front porch, in indoor and (my favorite) an outdoor shower, an open back porch near a private BBQ grill, and - once again for those with children - nests up to a large play area/sand pit that is off the road and protected.
One of the best "amenities" included with the Surfside Cottages are the managers, Lisa and Armand, who are able to make a vacation a special event. They are friendly, reachable at a moments notice, provide a safe environment, and as long time residents of Wellfleet, are able to provide invaluable "tourist information."
It was very hard to leave, and we are already looking forward to next year!

| The cottage was perfect. It was super clean and had everything you could need. One exception, no lobster pot! The manager of the property was excellent. He was extremely helpful and always around if needed. The beach was the best part, absolutely beautiful. We have a family of 5 with 3 young children. The cottage fit us all just fine. The kitchen is on the small side, but who goes on vacation to be stuck in the kitchen! We'd definitely recommend your property to others looking for a wonderful Cape Cod experience. |

| We have spare kitchen supplies, including Lobster Pots, in storage. The renter only had to ask and we would have gladly delivered one to her. The cottage owner, however, has since equipped the cottage with a new lobster pot. |
