Vacation Rental Description
Surf Rider has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds. It has one bathroom with a shower but it also has an enclosed shower outdoors. Surf Rider cottage is laid out in a split-level design. From the screened porch you enter the fireplaced living room that is open to the dining and kitchen areas. Three steps up bring you to the bedrooms and bathroom. New this year, a railing has been installed on these stairs for added safety.he fully equipped kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes. There is also a charcoal BBQ, picnic table and clothesline outdoors. A coin-operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers.he sunny roof-top deck affords you distant views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large sandy area behind Surf Rider for children to play as well as a front yard area. This cottage rents from Sunday to Sunday with a weekly price that ranges from $945.00 to $2,000.00. Shorter stays are possible before June 15 and in October.

We had a wonderful time as usual. We are happy that the ants have gone away. We would love it if you would encourage the owner to buy a new fireplace tool set. The existing one has had it! Thanks again, it was a pleasure seeing you.

| SurfRider is in a beautiful setting and with it's corner lot is one of the more private cottages in the complex. There's a glimpse of the ocean from the roof deck, but even better is stargazing to the sound of ocean waves (it's a v. easy walk to the beach). The furniture is a little worn but everything is extremely clean and comfortable. Armand is a friendly, knowledgeable host who clearly loves the area. I live on the Cape but some distance from the National Seashore and it's a treat to be out that way. I'm looking forward to my next stay! |
