LOCATION:
Be our guest in Dennisport, where you can enjoy the nature, beauty & adventure of Cape Cod Your Mid-Cape cozy beach cottage is a quintessential Cape Cod experience, with it's crushed shell walkway and sunny deck. Here you can enjoy the comfort of your traditional New England Beach cottage and take pleasure in the summer breezes of Cape Cod.
Our cozy beach cottages have that traditional Cape Cod feel with knotty pine interior walls & the airy open floor plan for their living room & kitchen area. Each cottage has two bedrooms (2 twin beds in each) with all new bedding & recent purchases of mattresses. You can enjoy your deck with a full patio set where you can sit out & enjoy your morning coffee & also a gas grill for your family to enjoy an after-beach dinner. Along with your indoor bathroom shower your cottage is also equipped with a enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the salt water & sand at the end of your beach day! A true Cape Cod experience!!
LOCATION
There are loads of attractions for a variety of interests all along the Cape and Dennisport is such a great location to use as a base for your vacation to see all that you would like here on the "Cape".
Locating in Dennisport makes you accessible to everything the Cape has to offer. Dennis is considered the heart of the Cape which makes it a great location for touring the Lower & Upper Cape. Nearby access to all of beaches, restaurants & attractions listed below makes our cottages a great place to spend your vacation.
BEACHES
Dennisport is located on Nantucket Sound beaches. Sea Street Beach is our closest beach (.3 mile) from the cottage (4 others within less than a mile). It is a public beach w/ lifeguard & an easy stroll..... (Sea Street runs diagonally and the walk is about .5 mile)
BEACH GEAR: You do not need to bring your own beach chairs we have provided four beach chairs & umbrella to enjoy the surf & sand. You also have access to a soft-sided rolling cooler for oceanside lunches and ice cold drinks. Or maybe you rmight like to take your lunch when you head out on the road to tour many of the towns and villages along the Cape.

We have several restaurants within walking distance - some literally around the corner and others just a short stroll away. Dennisport has a diverse selction of dining options from fine dining to family friendly choices. One if your choices can include a Zagat rated restaurant is located on the waterfront or maybe your might want to just relax at one of many casual dining options. We have a comprehensive list of all of the restuarants and their proximity to your vacation spot.

Our kids loved this spot! We agree with a previous reviewer....this was the perfection location for our family also. The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable and make our week in Dennisport a most enjoyable one.
We hope to return again next year and make it our family summer tradition. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!!
PS We know that you did not have anthing to do with the weather but it was PERFECT!! |

| Location was foremost in picking our vacation spot. The reason we returned to County Circle for ten straight years was to enjoy the improvements and special considerations Kathy has made over the years. Without exageration every year we marvel over the improvements we've seen there. The little things that make a week or two away from home more comfortable and enjoyable. |

2009 Family Vacation |

We have stayed here previously. This summer we rented both of the beach cottages because our daughter was here visiting and we wanted our grandchildren to experience the Cape. Having our grandchildren right next door made it really feel like a family vacation but when desired, either family could spend quiet evenings. For us, this was truly the best of both worlds.
The cottages were very clean, as always and the owner makes thoughtful choices providing lots of items for their guests. The patio and gas grill made for some nice al fresco dining as a family.
The cul-de-sac was great for the little ones to get their nightly rides on the little red wagon.
Our son-in-law had never been to the Cape before and commented that he found all of the info the owners provided about the area to be very helpful for him and also his young family to enjoy the Cape.
Considering the price point, we were all very satisfied with our stay.

| We really enjoyed this Cape Cod beach cottage. It is located on a quiet little cul-de-sac and a nice stroll to two beaches. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable from a well-equipped kitchen to loads of games, paperbacks, videos, and local information. Although our visit was only a spur-of-the-moment extended weekend stay, we are already planning our next visit and making it a longer one. The We Packet was right around the corner where we walked to get breakfast and just a short distance away were many restaurants from takeaway to upscale dining--Numerous menus, coupons, and detailed local information were provided. We also enjoyed our ice cream at the nearby Ice Cream stand. See you in the Fall!! |

| We have received excellent service renting this cottage - The owner provides prior to visit lots of information about the Cape, directions to the cottage are specific and owner is always ready to answer any questions you might have - owner treats her clients like family extremely well. The price of the cottage rental is great. The cottage is convenient to Sea Street beach, although we do prefer to go to West Dennis Beach as access is better for someone with mobility problems. When you arrive the cottage is spotless, and fully equiped the grounds are welcoming and the overall appearance makes you feel very welcome. Nothing is too far away from County Lane - restaurants are within walking distance if you choose to do so, grocery stores are in close proximity, fruit and veggie stand is near by. This is our third year renting this particular cottage and would definitely rent it again without looking further for a different cottage. We have been going to the Cape for years and I must say this is one of our favourite cottages. I don't have anything negative to say about this cottage. |

| This is our 3rd in a row going to Dennis Port for our Family summer Vacation. We always have enjoyed our cottage and the quiet steet we stay on. Our short nice walk to the beach. The town beach we go to is one of our favorite beaches also. There is plenty to do at the Cape but after visiting Cape Cod nearly every year since 1990, Dennis Port is one of our Favorites. |
