The home was beautiful and very secluded yet convenient to everything. It was up to date and decorated well. Plenty of space and perfect for families. The only issue we had was a dog barking all night long and keeping us awake. However the management was helpful as possible and tried to resolve the issue asap. Easy to check in and out of, and the process was incredibly convenient. The only other issue we had was with working the tv's and the pool table and air hockey equipment - it was dated and heavily used, needing to be replaced, though still somewhat useable. The cabin was as beautiful as it showed on the web site, very clean and well maintained. Cabins USA is a very good web site where all the costs are included in the price they give you, no hidden charges when you get there, like other places I have rented from. I would recommend renting from Cabins USA because they are friendly and will help you with and questions you have. Look foward to visiting Pigeon Forge again soon and will use Cabins USA again to book my stay. More...

The cabin was beautiful - it was a little closer to the surrounding cabins than we expected, but there was still enough privacy. When we checked in, they forgot to give us the security code so that started going off when we got to the cabin & we could not turn it off. We called the office & were given the code to turn it off within a few minutes. The owners showed up within 5 minutes to check on the cabin which was really nice! Felt secure! The proximity to Pigeon Forge/Sevierville was really nice - we could make it to the main drag in about 5 minutes.

The ONLY complaint was a barking/howling dog each night for hours. We believe it came from a local home so there was probably nothing the owners could have done about it & we did not report it to the owners.

We were very impressed by how clean and spacious the cabin was. It was more than we expected. Perfect for a family, our kids were enjoying it the most and wanted to live there. Also, it was close to the actions yet it was secluded. We would love to come back again. More...

We found the April Diamond Cabin true to it's name. It is a gem hidden in the mountain within close driving distance from all the fun attraction Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. We will certainly be looking forward to the next time we are able to return.

The cabin was very spacious, clean and gives one a feeling of comfort and relaxation.

Cabin USA has a hassle free check in and check out, the staff on hand was very friendly and informative.
