AWFUL

Check in time states 3 pm. We were not able to get into the cabin until 5 and we were told the 3 pm check in time is not guaranteed by someone in the office when we called there. The sleeper sofa in the living room was missing 5 springs on the bottom of the bed so therefore we could not use that Friday night because the bottom of the mattress kept falling. Also the heat was not working in the cabin but off and on. So we called about those 2 things the next morning and around 9 pm someone came to fix the heat but couldn't and told us just to turn the emergency heat on and it should work then. We woke up Sunday morning and it was 61 degrees in the house. Needless to say, we were not pleased with the service from the staff there. And we will never stay in any cabin related to Cabins USA again. More...

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I apologize for the inconveniences that you had. We strive to clean all of our cabins quickly and effectively. I am glad that we could accomodate a late checkout for you since you did not get to go to your cabin when you arrived.
We have contacted the owner about the sleeper sofa. We are in the process of correcting this issue. I hope that the air mattress we provided was of some assistance.
Although we could not correct the heating issue while you stayed with us, we have since corrected the situation. I was informed that you decided to stay in this cabin with the heaters we brought to you instead of changing cabins. I apologize for not understanding the entire situation.

fun

This was the second year we have stayed in this cabin. We had a wonderful time and have only one complaint. When we arrived we had to go buy a broom to sweep up all the dead flies and ladybugs. The window sill was filled with the bugs. Everything else was great. More...

BAREFOOT LODGE

THE CABIN WAS NICE 4-BEDROOM, EACH WITH IT'S OWN BATHROOM.

THE VIEW WAS NOT GOOD WHEN YOU LOOK OUT THE BACK YOU SEE IS A DUMP AND A CELL TOWER.

I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS CABIN AGAIN.

THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER CABINS WITH A LOT BETTER VIEW. More...

Landfield Uggggggh!!!

The Landfield in the Back... The wells from the landfield burned all night
long....which that emitted a horrible smell.... We could not use the hot tub, or
sit on the back porch due to the smoke and smell.... Also, the children has
asthma and allergies, they was up all night coughing, and have been sick
since... This was my first stay at Cabins USA and it was not a pleasant
experience at all!!!!!! More...

First time staying but not our last!!

This was our first time staying in a cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. It was far enough away but still close to all the attractions we went to. Convienient check in/check out. We had only a slight problem but when we called the office they were there to fix it in no time at all. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!! We will be back!!
